Safety at the Nursery
At Woodberry Day Nursery the safety of the the children in our care is paramount.
The building has been purpose designed and converted to produce large open play rooms. It also incorporates features such as a fingerprint door entry system, allowing parents/carers easy access when dropping off and collecting their children.
We also have a CCTV system which parents/carers can securely log onto (through our website) and watch their child playing throughout the day. The CCTV is also recorded for security reasons but also for staff training and accident monitoring.
Our outside play area is mainly rubber safety surface, providing a safe, clean surface all year round.
We carry out regular risk assessments to highlight and rectify any safety issues.
